Quezonian Software Developer and IT Services ( QDev ) which is formerly known as Quezonian Developers was a small organization composed of freelance software developers, analysts, graphic artists and web developers here in Quezon Province. It was started 2010. By that time, the primary goal was to enhance the skills in software development and give job opportunity for those freelance for those programmers having a hard time finding a job that will match to their skills.
Late quarter of 2015, the said organization transformed into a company and has been registered and legalized under the business name, Quezonian Software Developer and IT Services.
